The Good Box lends a hand to the homeless in Sydney, Melbourne during lockdowns

 As Sydneysiders and Melburnians gear up psychologically for more forced time indoors while health authorities extend lockdowns to get on top of COVID-19 outbreaks, a social enterprise is calling on the public to help Australia's vulnerable homeless community who have nowhere to be locked down.

Co-founded by Gali Blacher and Maddy Jones, Queensland-based The Good Box and its team are doing everything in their power to keep our homeless community warm and fed during this challenging time.

"We make beautifully packaged gift boxes that are purchased by the public online and then handed to our homeless community," says Blacher.
